Coriander has a strong flavour that seems to be very polarising. I like it in small amounts, so it doesn't dominate...

I like both coriander and cilantro... bit of it improves the taste of avocado greatly, say, in a guacamole

technically, coriander is the seeds and cilantro the leaves.
