Some facts: The source of the "3%" claim is the blog "Hockey Schtick." After corresponding with the lead author of the paper that he used as a source for his claim, the author of the blog retracted the claim, and apologised for misinterpreting the paper.

No, the important number is how much of warming is actually caused by CO2 levels.
The amount of warming that we've had is tiny. It looked a lot in the latter half of the 20th century because we had a cold period to start with, that gave more of a contrast.

That's why the 'climate science' industry exploded and the forecasts being made were apocalyptic. Now, years on, the forecasts look stupid, and the models that they used have all been jiggled and poked in the 'margin of error' department, to save face.

But warming is still tiny, the effects are still tiny. Even in the Arctic, ( which should be clear of ice by now ) the melt is hugely less than predicted, and could still be being caused by the absorption of solar energy by soot particles.

And why are they all so quiet about Antarctica? All the latest evidence points to no loss of ice levels in the last 100 years. They squeal about every ice sheet that breaks away, which happens all the time. (After all, Antarctica is one gigantic glacier) But they keep very quiet about the actual ice levels.
