Does he acknowledged it? Most of his ilk like Seth and MM think it's been cooling for the last couple of decades.

It was about BRANDS. The new era is really the Marshall McLuhan message in its ultimate form. The medium IS the message. Tweet! Trump won tweeting hands down because Hillary did not Tweet enough.

The entire year was about Trump. E mail server? Trump. Hillary? Trump. Obama? Trump. Time names MAN of the YEAR.

The election is not yet over.
Hillary Clinton could have legal right to challenge electoral college system and be next US president, says law professor

Legal expert says Ms Clinton could have grounds to challenge 'unconstitutional' electoral college system and claim win, as she takes 2.6 million lead in popular vote

Hillary Clinton may be able to challenge the election result in the Supreme Court and become the next President of the United States, a law professor has said.

Ms Clinton currently has 2.6 million more votes than Donald Trump in the popular count, but lost the election in November because of the idiosyncratic workings of the United States' Electoral College system — a result which academic Lawrence Lessig has said could be ruled unconstitutional.

The process by which the United States elects a president is complicated — rather than US citizens voting for their head of state directly, representatives in the Electoral College choose the winner on behalf of their state.

Almost all states operate a "winner-takes-all" system, which ignores voter margins. So for instance, Ms Clinton got 44 per cent of the vote in Georgia, but because Mr Trump got a larger percentage, none of the state's six representatives in the Electoral College are set to vote for her.

Well, with him it probably depends on what day it is, but according to the article the application cites global warming as one reason for needing the wall. It's just not anthropocentric warming.

A rational skeptic should be able to discuss and debate anything, no matter how much they may personally disagree with that point of view. Discussing a subject is not agreeing with it, but understanding it.

Trump is a genius.
Wants to bring US manufacturing jobs back from China? Easy, cozy up to Taiwan. US companies are probably already planning to move out lol.

Ding ding ding! Fail.

No manufacturing is moving out of China. Not worth making the change for the 2 year Trump era. Just like we had 2 years of Obama rule.

It's not really about shutting plants down in China and reopening them here. It's about expanding industry and industrial growth here in the States.

Interesting argument, but extraordinarily unpersuasive. He's saying that the 14th Amendment revoked the Electoral College, because equal protection of the laws is violated by a winner-take-all process of electing electors.

Basically, to argue that, you'd have to say that the Electoral College system was basically repealed in the mid-1860s, but nobody realized it and they just kept using the unconstitutional system, which violated the equal protection clause. Even the people who wrote and passed the 14th Amendment never said a word about it effecting the Electoral College, which is not a small or insignificant piece of the Constitution.

I don't think, also, that it's clear that having a state pick its electors for the president based on a winner take all vote of the people is denying "equal protection" to anyone. To whom? Electors? A losing candidate? The Electoral College system doesn't even require a popular vote at all. A State could just have its legislature pick the electors. Or, they could make a law that the Governor picks the electors. Whatever system the State wants.

As long as wage is 2 dollars an hour in Bangla Desh, you are not going to make clothing and shoes here.

Even a slightly more complicated thing, like binoculars, wages are still low. Leupold makes binoculars and rifle scopes here by just assembling the Chinese parts here. Stick on made in USA label. Lots of hunters fall for that.
