LOL - so, nobody has any evidence that she worked in the US without legal permission, but you are quite content on branding her "dishonest." What are you even concerned about? That she came here on "Business Visitor" visa and had some photos taken of her while she was here? That is the absolute maximum of the offense you're alleging her to have committed, which is (a) not a crime, (b) not illegal presence in the US, (c) is not illegal entry into the US, and (c) at most is, under US law, a violation of the terms of a visa, which does not mean you are denied a subsequent visa.

There are many, many folks who are in the US with overstayed visas and who work in the US without authorization. They're not supposed to, but if they, say, marry a US citizen while they are here, they can get their green card (permanent residence) and they are fine. The working without authorization is not a bar to getting a green card.

Her lawyer said that the AP report does not reflect their records and the passport stamps. So, what proof is there that she worked without authorization?

Under US law, there is a mountain of difference between someone who enters legally, and then who overstays their visa, or changes status while here, or does something like go to a business meeting while here on a B-2 tourist visa, etc., on the one hand, and entering the US without inspection (illegal entry). Generally, US immigration law is very forgiving, as long as (a) you don't purposefully fabricate, and (b) you follow the procedures for entry by showing your visa and passport and pass inspection by an immigration officer.

But, you don't like Trump, therefore, you want to believe anything horrible about his wife. Of course, this is the worst you can come up with -- she, a model, posed nude. Oh, the shame of it! Burn the witch! Foul temptress! And, and, she's an immigrant! Trump doesn't like illegal immigration! And, there are unproven allegations that 20 years ago she had some photos taken over her here in the US while she was legally in the country on B-1 Business Visitor visa!
