Trump shows his lack of understanding of his role as President and risks national security by going to dinner with his family and not alerting the media.

Brian Williams of NBC claims the President needs to "let us know" (who's "us?" every media outlet?) because 80% of the role of the media, he says, is "protective" of the President, and they need to know, "just in case." LOL

You don’t say ‘the army’ with the intensity,” she continued. “... But you say these names [Al Qaeda] because you want that word to carry weight. You want it to be something.” - Ilhan Omar

:this: When someone is both a massive media brand and the future President it's easy to confuse what's in the public interest with what the public are interested in. Trump's only (and I know that's a pretty big only) the President-erect. He's entitled to a bit of privacy at the moment, and the time will come soon enough for the media to know his full itinerary once he's raised his palm, said the magic words, and Kenny Chesney has sung the national anthem at his inauguration.

So, in place of a respected and competent Republican national security expert (apparently booted from the transition team because of either a lack of ideological purity, or because Trump's son-in-law decided that anybody connected with Chris Christie had to go) the new head of the national security transition will be a delusional paranoid fruit loop.

"Sane, Competent Official Uncovered on Trump Transition Team and Is Immediately Fired"
The bad news on Donald Trump’s transition team is that Mike Rogers, one of the better informed and respected members of the Republican security establishment, has been booted off.

...

The even worse news is that the person who was fired for not being crazy was replaced by somebody who is famous for being crazy.
Among those who've sycophantically praised Trump, and who have repeatedly refused to acknowledge his obvious character flaws and willful disregard for reality will be many who hate President Obama and consider him a failed president, despite all the evidence to the contrary. So they're unlikely to pay attention to his warnings about Trump. More fool them.

"Obama Is Warning America About Trump’s Presidency. Are You Listening?"
In a tense environment where reporters, government workers, world leaders, and anxious citizens and immigrants understandably are scrutinizing every Donald Trump tweet and utterance and leak, Obama’s closing thoughts on the presidency and his successor will be given short shrift. But the things he says about the transition contain critical information about its progress and his confidence that, on the other side of it, things will run smoothly.

His Monday comments suggests he has very little confidence that they will.

It is a family business. Choosing the lieutenants will be straight forward it is the lower minions as secretaries of state that will be problem. Just call in the KKK as hench men and you are all set up. We all know who the god father is.

No, they just kicked out the lobbyists surely that is a good thing or do money'ed special interest groups count more then the average citizen.

Did somebody mention lobbyists in the Trump transition team?

"Trump transition appears to have flouted internal ethics rule on lobbyists"
Donald Trump’s transition team appears to have deviated from its own ethics rule barring lobbyists whose work for Trump would overlap with any matters on which they lobbied in the previous year.

According to a copy of Trump for America Inc’s “Code of Ethical Conduct” obtained by POLITICO, members of the transition team must pledge to “disqualify myself from involvement in any particular transition matter if I have engaged in regulated lobbying activities with respect to such matter, as defined by the Lobbying Disclosure Act, within the previous 12 months.”

But at least eight transition team members have done work that appears to flout that internal rule, Senate records show.

Nah, you've got it all wrong. Everything he says is arguably true.
