I don't understand how that works. If he implements his policies your economy will tank in a big way. Only the kicking the illegals out might have a positive effect.

I assume it's because the marketeers and bankers are betting that he'll soon be taking a chainsaw to the forest of financial regulation. I wouldn't be surprised if the government starts underwriting financial institution risk taking to an even greater extent than they do already.

I'll take all the prognostications here with a grain or two of salt, since the prognostications prior to this showed a massive win for Hillary and the GOP in tatters. Instead we have a resurgent GOP controlling 3/4 of the country and the entire Federal government.
