If he could get over the stigma of losing, which doesn't go down well in the US, by claiming that the election was rigged, he might be able to swing it.

Comey is just saving his ass like there was something new to find. There are emails. There have been trickle-down emails for a year. We have found out that there was...a server. And people working for Hillary have some e mails. And and....Benghazi!

That's not all that was found. For example, it was determined that Hillary lied about her server and the emails, and that the emails contained confidential information which she emailed to other people. She said she hadn't sent or received classified emails, and it was found that on at least 110 occasions, she had. She claimed she never sent or received emails "marked" classified, but that too was untrue. She said she had turned over all work-related emails, which was not true. She had not. She deleted many emails which were work related and which were later discovered by finding them in other people's email boxes. And, she had her devices scrubbed and destroyed to prevent complete forensic analysis. She lied and said her use of the private server was permitted, when it wasn't. She said she used it for convenience so she wold only have one device, which was false. She said all the emails were immediately captured by @.gov, which is false. Etc.

And, that's just about the email server issue, and not even addressing Benghazi.

This notion that it's as absurd for the Clintons to be corrupt as it is for them to be mind-controllers is a kind of argument that's been made about them over the years. It's just a hand-wave. Oh, these allegations can't be true, because that would make the Clintons scumbag liars! And, we know that's not what they are! So, the allegations can't be true....
