Oh, he did not. He was speaking about the 2d amendment and he claimed Hillary was anti-gun. He pointed out that she had a bevy of armed guards, and said that they should put their guns down and we'll "see what happens." It's a colorful way to say that having arms for self-defense is thought to be just fine for someone like Hillary Clinton, a big shot politician, but they don't want you, the little people, to have the same right.
We're still, thankfully, a country where saying that won't get someone arrested, but don't worry folks, there are forces here in the US at work that would love to make that a reality.
