That would have been almost two millennia ago then.
Revelation 17:1-5

1 And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters:

2 With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication.

3 So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.

4 And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication:

5 And upon her forehead was a name written, Mystery, Babylon The Great, The Mother Of Harlots And Abominations Of The Earth.

"whore" is definitely a derogatory term these days.

Yes it is. I prefer 'round heeled slut muffin'.
Yeah well that's just, like, your opinion, man.

It would be sexual harassment, with all the hard cocks and spraying semen and whatnot.

Maybe where you are. But, like the word "cunt", it's derogatory-ness depends a lot on whether one is in the US, Ireland, the UK or Oz/NZ. Talk to some feminists here in the US, and the word "cunt" would be criminalized.

It's certainly no more life-wasting than getting one's sack in a rumpled knot over the word in the first place....

Well, the male equivalent would a men only group and a male instructor - so who would be being harassed exactly? From what I read I don't think that the participants were actually cracking one off. Perhaps women are a little more free with sexual expression within a group of women that men would be, but I do think you're trying too hard to find a problem here. Seems to me that your objection is basically to the thought that women are being afforded some special right or privilege, or do you actually think that men are discriminated against because they're just not allowed to participate in group masturbation sessions in health clubs? It's not like there aren't venues where that kind of thing can take place among like minded individuals. Have you ever been to fetish club or visited the mens room at a gay bar?

Many years ago a band I was in were booked into a fetish club in Vienna - we didn't realise exactly what kind of establishment it was until the place started to fill up. I've never felt so uncomfortable, but then again, not as uncomfortable as many of the patrons. Big tippers though.

:)

Which would, of course, itself be discrimination based on sex. You are going to say a place of public accommodation (yoga school open to the public) is not going to admit women? That's like saying a hair salon can refuse women..... And, incidentally, since gender is a social construct, then persons not born biologically male but identifying as male would have to be allowed in, right?
Brian Peacock wrote: so who would be being harassed exactly?
Other persons identifying as male? Men aren't harassed by things that women are harassed by?
Brian Peacock wrote: From what I read I don't think that the participants were actually cracking one off.
I guess the word "orgasm" confused me. But, I should be careful about that, since we live in a world where words hardly mean anything anymore.

I didn't have a problem with the orgasmic yoga. If, however, there were reports of men did it, it would be criticized as sexist, particularly if classes were declared male only.

The overall point, of women being afforded special privilege, yes, indeed, culturally, in the US, they are. Women have far more leeway to do things without being criticized for their behavior, particularly in the realm of dress and sexuality. There was recently a scandal on facebook where a woman shared what she said was a beautiful picture of her naked husband holding their naked toddler in the shower. The internet erupted, with people declaring that it was sexist and pedophilic and the like. However, if a mostly nude woman is holding a mostly nude baby or toddler, it's generally not a problem. https://mic.com/articles/143575/a-dad-t ... .3RDhGyFUd The internets erupted - many claiming it's inappropriate for a father to shower naked with his infant son. LOL.

Just replace vagina here with penis, and the other female gendered terms/words with male gendered ones -- http://www.self.com/sex-love/2016/04/i- ... -happened/ - lol.

Jesus the world is too much with us these days. This constant, unending, boooooring internet outrage is so fucking tiresome. You can't fart without somebody getting offended. Actually I don't blame them if it's fajita farts, I have them this morning and even the dogs are disgusted, and they'll eat week old cat shit.
