Got to remember: Waco and Ruby Ridge were both precipitated by ATF, probably the most chickenshit outfit in the US government. ATF will spend big $$ to work up penny-ante Felon With Firearm, or Firearms Act cases.
ATF came in "hard" on both Koresh and Weaver for suspected "Barrel too short by 1/2 or 1/4 inch" violations. Hindsight says ATF should have done it differently.

So, will you be the one to explain to the dead agent's wife and kids why they were sent in to "displace" a bunch of armed criminals who have publicly stated that they are willing to use deadly force?
