I think you're mistaken, but it's an understandable mistake. Appeal to Constitutional Fundamentalism smells very similar to Unadulterated Fantasy.
Sour, rancid and with a hint of bile?
That's just your perception, which is of course skewed by your Marxism.

That might be so but as you have been reported for thirty four separate breaches of the FUA you ought to be used to it by now
I think that has to be a record and a significant one also because any one else would have been permabanned long before then
You could give lessons to any young pretender in how to push the envelope without actually receiving the ultimate punishment
But do not be lulled into a false sense of security as one day you may find your membership permanently revoked so watch out

Well, let's just say that it is alleged that he breached the FUA. Given the asshats in charge over there it's highly likely that he never actually breached anything other than the tender sensibilities of the fuckwits who inhabit RatSkep and violated their "safe space" by saying something remotely controversial.

Good news for Rationalia. Strontium Dog has been permanently banned from RatSkep.

A despicable and cowardly suppression of the valiant expression of truth, freedom, and liberty, is what it is. :sulk:

Not really sure what I'm supposed to have done, exactly. One warning in the last 18 months is evidently enough of a reason to ban me. Go figure.

My conscience is clear as I know I have done nothing wrong and never ever set out to troll anyone.

The reason given was "enough of this" which is deliciously vague.

I think he has washed his hands of the place. I can't say I blame him.

rEv has left the building, and haven't seen him much in the FB world recently.

Hey SD, just saw the news at RatSkep. Load of bullshit, but what you gonna do? Echo chamber is as echo chamber does.
Yeah well that's just, like, your opinion, man.

It's their website, they can run it however they like. If they want a po-faced, humourless forum where collectivist thought is the only permissible opinion, and anyone to the right of Engels is to be subjected to the nastiest, most spiteful attacks until they are either forced out or burn in the flames, it's up to them. I don't play those games and am determined to be civil with everyone I encounter until I am given a very good reason not to.

I'm still sort of keen to know what specious and hypocritical logic they're going to try to hide behind though.
