On average, the Moon was about 1.5 meters closer to Earth than it is today.

Maybe you should consider his climate change inferences instead of the inconsequentials....

While it IS weather....it's well stoked by more energy in the atmosphere and ocean - Tyson understands this....you don't.

Talk about extreme weather....Sydney got hammered....
