It would obviously be inappropriate to reopen the whole thing here on a different forum where people have already complained (reasonably) about bringing foreign grievances here. And I don't know why the thread at RatSkep's still closed (I don't even know why it was closed in the first place). But you're welcome to start another thread there if you want me to clarify anything I've said, support it or admit it's wrong.
