Well, David Cameron is an evil fairy, along with his buddy from Australia - Tony Abbott. And both of them need a shitload of good fairy dust sprinkled on them.

Considering we're talking about the NHS, which is part of the government, yes. Government control of healthcare is certainly something Marx would have loved.

Cameron is taking measures to get rid of it via privatisation, beginning with the Health and Social Care Act 2012. Moderate leftist? Not. And certainly not a Marxist.

From what I've heard, Cameron is even worse than Thatcher (and therefore Reagan). I wonder how Warren and Seth gel that in their confused minds.

That's easy, ya dope. Thatcher and Reagan were borderline revolutionary Marxists of the Fourth Internationale variety.

Actually, according to Seth's previous logic, they are indeed Marxists. Not sure why Warren hitches himself to that particularly idiotic wagon.

Oh, Cameron's definitely not as good as Thatcher and Reagan.

Cameron is cutting government services and spending way more than Reagan did. I'd have to see some figures to confirm it for Thatcher. But Cameron et al are in a worse league for demonising the poor and disabled. They (the Tory-Dems) really are a plague that needs eradicating.

Anybody who buys into socialism, including things like the NHS, is a Marxist. The only question that remains is how hard-core they are about it.

Cameron isn't buying into socialism. That is why he got the Health and Social Care Act 2012 through parliament, which is the first step in his program to privatise health and social care.

I'm sure Marx would have appreciated your crediting him for every promotion of the general welfare, but only a hyperbolic douchebag would think he originated all of them.

You can see it now. Read the link I provided above. Acts of parliament do get implemented.

He didn't, he just articulated them in ways that make it perfectly appropriate to label those "promotions of the general welfare" that necessitate the enslaving of others to the interests of the dependent class as "Marxism." I figure I'm just calling it like it is rather than using Newspeak to try to submerge the true purpose and intent of "democratic socialism" (or any other flavor of socialism) I speak the truth openly about the origins and fatal contamination of Marxism in all socialist thought.
