Life-Logging. Good or shit?

Post by Clinton Huxley » Wed Jan 08, 2014 12:59 pm

What's that all about then? Lugging around tablets and camcorders and what have you, wearing wristbands to record your pulse and weighing your poo and literally recording everything done to or by you. Cool or infuriatingly self-absorbed? I don't like it. I don't like it one bit.

I mean, imagine how much stuff there would be about Tony Benn if this stuff had been invented 100 years ago. Unbearable.

10:57 - Replied to one of Clinton's threads.
"A philosopher is a blind man in a dark room looking for a black cat that isn't there. A theologian is the man who finds it." ~ H. L. Mencken

"We ain't a sharp species. We kill each other over arguments about what happens when you die, then fail to see the fucking irony in that."

11:05 - Suggested 'whenever' instead of 'wherever' to a certain "Bella Fortuna" in one of Clinton's threads.

I've never, ever kept a diary. Paranoia was rife even at a very young age. :shifty:
God has no place within these walls, just like facts have no place within organized religion. - Superintendent Chalmers

It's not up to us to choose which laws we want to obey. If it were, I'd kill everyone who looked at me cock-eyed! - Rex Banner

The Bluebird of Happiness long absent from his life, Ned is visited by the Chicken of Depression. - Gary Larson

23:25 - Read Huxley's most recent post and considered a suitable response. None forthcoming. Delay. Fools rush in and all that.

I have a diery, I seldom write in it anymore... the internet is a much more interesting way to consume time... but I don't blog.

and Klr is right, the danger of it being read by unwelcome eyes is... nasty.

Good luck with that, I don't know about it, nor do I care or would I make note of it
