Should be legal under the "pursuit of happiness" clause, eh? Seeing as how it doesn't harm anyone as long as it's not forced. Although, imo, that particular way of pursuing happiness is like trying to cure a headache by smashing your toe, then trying to cure your toe-ache by...you get the picture.

SCOTUS trashed DOMA back in June, but has consistently upheld state laws against polygamy.
