The sex offender list is such a joke that nobody should take it seriously. If it was originally intended to aid people to be protected against truly dangerous people who commit sexual assault, then putting people on it for things like this, sleeping with their slightly younger but not much SO, pissing in the woods off the highway, etc, does nothing but destroy it's intent and make it a joke list, something to be parodied, nothing more.

Young kids are drama queens, that's understandable. But it's up to the parents to put them right on that, long before they get to that age.
