A properly run organization that has an incentive to sign up and properly service customers will generally do so better than the organization that has no such incentive. Nobody in the "Ministry of Satellite TV" gives a fuck if you get your television working. You can wait. The people at the satellite or cable tv companies here are held accountable.

I can get what you're waiting for in a day. I get calls several times a month at my office from various companies looking to sign me up for new phone services, which invariably come with television packages included or as an option.

And, if you have a problem with your service once installed, you can give them a call be rest assured that nobody on the other end of the line gives a shit whether you're satisfied or not. I call a cable or satellite provider and they want to get someone to my house that day, or the next day as quickly as possible so that I don't switch to a competitor.
