The Gambia to leave the Empire

Post by Clinton Huxley » Thu Oct 03, 2013 10:41 am

Thought there was a lot of activity at Horse Guards and the Admiralty this morning! The Gambia has decided to leave the CommonwealthEmpire. I'm not going with the Army of Reconquest, mind. I'm waxing my moustaches that day.

About their glorious leader:
Also at the UN, Mr Jammeh said homosexuality was one of the three "biggest threats to human existence".

He has also drawn international criticism for claiming he can cure Aids with a herbal body rub and bananas.

From Wiki:-

In 2011 he told the BBC that "I will deliver to the Gambian people and if I have to rule this country for one billion years, I will, if Allah says so."

The Commonwealth loses one tin-pot dictator. It's better and stronger for it.

He can go the way of Mugabe, and be used as an international joke, to bolster the myth that Africa is run by scum like him.
While there is a market for shit, there will be assholes to supply it.

I'm guessing the Commonwealth was trying to come between the president and his human rights abuses. :coffee:

So long as you put your own SAS team aboard... We had enough problems with the Raibnow Warrior without also offing a Black Monarch.

That Jammeh guy is far from Benin, and that's a fact.

The Germans are probably still after a place in the sun. Perhaps Angola Merkel would be interested?

I think The Gambia may be throwing the Zimbabwe out with the bath water.
