Well, at first I was like "Oh, come on!"Officials at the school, which is located in the Tampa Bay area, are telling the students that their school-provided cheerleader uniforms should cover shoulders and the skirts should reach midthigh.
But, then I was like, soccer players can't wear their shorts to class either and swimmers can't wear their bathing suits. Wrestlers can't wear their tights...err.. I mean, "the required uniform."
So, I guess in principle it's not that bad. I think it is just unusual in that for as long as anyone can remember, cheerleaders could be seen flitting about the high schools in their little skirts, tight shirts and pony tails hanging down...eh, ahem.. [cough] uh, ahem.. yeah.
So, it seems weird to ban them now.
