And this is fucking news in your country? Looks like the first work of some 12 year olds, or the remnants of some high school schwagfest. That shit would have bolted 2-3x in height when it started to bud, and surely have gotten some random hiker busted as he nipped a freebie to take home and dry on a light bulb.
