That reminds me of a time I got pulled over for speeding by a lone bike cop. Presumably because he was alone with no corroborating witness, he recorded our conversation on an audio device. So he asks the usual questions about why I was speeding and whether I was aware I was speeding etc. When I got to work my mate suggested next time that happens say "Excuse me officer, please don't touch me there. Why are you touching me there? It's making me uncomfortable!..."

I'm not sure how the cop would have reacted. Probably would have arrested me for something.
Sent from my penis using wankertalk.

I can't think of a thing....wait, perhaps "obstructing government operations," which the cops have used against people simply because they refused to exercise their right to remain silent. Literally. They've jailed people for disobeying orders to shut up on the theory that the defendant's talking was interfering with the officer's ability to complete his duties and was compromising the officer's security by forcing the officer to have to pay "too much attention" to the individual, which reduces his ability to maintain situational awareness.
It's always something...
But your notion is exactly why I like video and audio, it removes ambiguity.
