It would of been good to have a poll on this thread!
Topsy, Topsy, Topsy - oh thou art so fickle, and so utterly... I don't even have the word for it. :dono: :-| :hehe:

I don't want to engage her in discourse. I'll just leave it. Time for another mini-recession in my posting habits there. :coffee:
Normally, I stay out of these discussion, but this has gotten very, very, very old. Actually, it wasn't Topsy who did that. Also, if it's the post I think it was, it was probably moved for being off topic. Instead of just accusing someone publicly, you should have taken the time to find out the who and why of the situation. If you have a problem with her or think she has a problem with you, why don't you try working it out over there via PM. This is beginning to look like a smear campaign. In my opinion, you should apologize to Topsy and perhaps take to time to ask why your post was moved and who did it if you are so curious.

It's posts and threads like this that make me wonder at times if I'm even wanted or welcomed here anymore since the staff at RDF seems to be such a hideous, uncaring, hateful group of people to so many here.

Okay, okay, message received. :hehe:

But I don't want my point lost. Jumping to conclusions about an action taken on another forum just because someone has a history with a staff member over there is not a good thing to do. If you want find out why something happened, asking a question or two over there makes more sense than just speculating openly on a completely different forum.

I've hardly read this thread, as I'm just not really interested in this kind of discussion, but I get the impression it has got a little bitchy at times. Surely we're more grown up than that?

Well, since I've been BANNED ON THERE, I have NO WAY OF ASKING. So I'll just settle for being perpetually spiteful towards RDF and never support it financially in any way. And if I get rich as hell I'll try to crush it. Not joking. :dp: :levi:

And there is the obvious route of asking someone here to ask someone there.

What post did you think it was? It was a very short post simply correcting a grammatical error (while implicitly agreeing with the sentiment raised). I simply echoed the "would of been good" with "would HAVE been good."... :coffee:

True. And I will apologise for jumping to conclusions and making accusations, but I shan't be pursuing the who and why of the situation, nor trying to work things out via PM (with any staff member) - because I'm sick to the back teeth of most PM exchanges with RD.net staff, and I suppose it's hardly worth it.

I have already put it on record in the thread that I appreciate Topsy as a person - and I do - but I absolutely loathe to get involved in any sort of dispute with her via PM. I don't believe I'm the only one who feels this way.
It's posts and threads like this that make me wonder at times if I'm even wanted or welcomed here anymore since the staff at RDF seems to be such a hideous, uncaring, hateful group of people to so many here.
I don't think that at all, and certainly not about you. They just frustrate and irritate me at times. At other times, they are perfectly congenial, and I'm not into tarring them all with the same brush, either.
Then they for sudden joy did weep,
And I for sorrow sung,
That such a king should play bo-peep,
And go the fools among.

thy fool to lie: I would fain learn to lie.

I agree with the sentiment, but I disagree with your implication that adults aren't bitchy. If anything, they've just had more practice.

Bitchy forum hug!!!!!! :hugs:

I loves me some bitchy members... wait. That didn't come out right.
