European Union should extend to the Urals: PM.

Wider still and wider shall thy bounds be set. Speaking in Kazhakstan, the PM has opined that the EU should expand into former states of the Soviet Union, all the way to the Urals. He'll have said this for 2 reasons; it's British policy to have a bigger Union as this dilutes the chance of it turning into a superstate or, indeed, ever agreeing on anything and it will annoy Putin.

I'm not sure i want to pay to subsidise Ukrainian tractor factories.
