A combination of the closure of old power stations and an abject failure from successive governments to build new power stations means that the UK is running out of power. The spare capacity in the system is going to drop from 14% to 2%. The whole thing is pathetic and basically a failure of democracy. No politician is going to push through a long term power plan that may end up benefiting the other party when it comes to fruition. The curse of not being able to think beyong the next election.

Anyway, the key point is, how are UK Rats going to stay online? Either we all go and use Rum's solar panels or devise some kind of candle powered internets.
