When I'm reading a good book I "hear" the words, and the material is playing in my head like a movie. That may be weird, but I like it. :{D
No, that would be internal monologue. If however Xrehatha starts speaking say in the voice of "Explosion Cop 4" or whatever, you might want to get the mask checked.

I ignore most of what he says, not hard as most of it is in 9th Century Mayan.

Reading a book is totally different. The words are supplied to you, so putting a sound to them isn't much of a jump.
While there is a market for shit, there will be assholes to supply it.

I remember reading one of Richard Feynman's books. He had to take a psych exam (for the Army or something) that included the question of whether or not he heard voices in his head. He answered 'yes' and was considered unfit (I don't remember all the details). I seem to recall that the psychiatrist interviewed him about the voices and he said something like, 'Every time I remember somebody else saying something, I hear voices in my head.'

I love decisions made on single datum points without context. I pounce on these a lot "elsewhere". It makes admirals hate me. :levi:

Not sure how you can read this and not 'hear' it in your head, I suppose it comes down to what you mean by hear?

Sorry, not clear. I seen everything. I don't just hear the words, I watch people saying them. "Boom!" has literally made me duck a few times.
