Yeah, it's (allegedly) a pic of trayvon holding a gun, along with the text messages on his phone talking about getting a gun. I'm sure under careful examination along with the cellphone picture meta data that hand will be identified as Trayvon's.

Well, the defense has an eye witness showing Trayvon on top of Zimmerman hitting him, and the blood splatter analysis confirms that position when Trayvon got shot.
For what we have evidence for, everything happened exactly like Zimmerman said which makes him believable. And Zimmerman said he only shot Trayvon when Trayvon noticed the concealed gun and tried to take it.

It doesn't in any way have any bearing on the events that took place.

Even if Trayvin was on top and hitting him, it means nothing.

If I was attacked ny overriding intention would be to beat theye attacker into the ground. This might very well involve me sitting on too of him, trying to beat him unconcscious. If he had a gun, I would try to take it off him, for fear of being shot in the back as I withdrew.

It's just proof that Trayvon from the start was misportrayed by the media as an innocent little twelve year old angel attacked by the big mean white hispanic. When in reality he was a gangsta wannabe thug with a history of guns, fighting, and thievery. That's why initially no charges were filed against Zimmerman as the police believed it was self defense.

I'm sure in the trial that hand will be identified as Trayvon's. I bet the cell phone picture recorded some interesting meta data on date and time, as well as location of where the picture was taken. The police already know whose gun it is based on the text messages.
