So if Disney pulls out the "no waiting file" courtesy to the handicapped people because of this, we'll know why.

As if it ever would. A more likely scenario is that Disney will demand documentation that the handicapped person among each group of patrons is a bona fide member of that group, but I don't know how such a scheme could be implemented without unwieldy bureaucratic complications.

I assume going to the front of the queue isnt a 'right' or contractual obligation so Disney could say its not in the spirit of things anyway
