Reconstructing breasts after a mastectomy is painful and complicated. And the new breasts don't generally have any sensation left. And usually they have to be rebuilt after a while, because the body starts resorbing parts.

My own missus has recently had to part company with her upper deck (not preventative but courtesy of an aggressive tumour). I tell I her (sincerely) that I am quite taken with her new gamin look. I don't idolise celebs but if I did, she'd be the one. She is an awesome actress and a deeply compassionate and courageous woman. Ican't imagine what she went through having to make such a decision to have a double mastectomy but I totally respect her for putting her role as mother before vanity. Yes, reconstructions are pretty amazing these days but she seems to have reconciled that having her breasts removed does not diminish her femininity.she is, after all, not her breasts or her arse, however attractive they might be.

It was always her eyes that did it for me, more than anything else. Stunning.

I wish I could meet Angelina and Brad. They seem like a couple of good folks. Brad Pitt strikes me as a regular guy who happens to have made it big in acting. I bet if one hung out at their house, it would be fun and fairly normal, albeit huge and expensive.
