Much of it is natural, although I think she had some work done. Whatever was done was a fantastic job. She had something done to her nose, but she started out with a great nose to begin with.

Reconstructing breasts after a mastectomy is painful and complicated. And the new breasts don't generally have any sensation left. And usually they have to be rebuilt after a while, because the body starts resorbing parts.
