"Mushroom" clouds aren't the exclusive domain of nukes, the atomic detonation isn't the only way they can be created. And that was one pitiful nuke in that first video if it was deed a nuke.

If it was a nuclear explosion, readings from the radiation outfall would have been reported by many institutions all over the world by now.

All really big explosions produce mushroom clouds, no matter what type. Nukes at surface produce a blinding flash at detonation, unlike this. Looks like the area was already burning before the blast - munitions stash going up?
