Their process of adding people to their 10 most wanted list is long and convoluted, and they don't post suspect photos generally on their website (although they probably should). The FBI's latest update is 4/17.

But it is on "Hollywood Gossip" http://www.thehollywoodgossip.com/2013/ ... ine-circu/

I don't get it. Why does CNN report that the FBI is circulating images of the suspects, but then it doesn't publish them? http://www.cnn.com/2013/04/18/us/boston ... index.html

The same reason they reported that there had been arrests made when there hadn't been? Their reporting is proving to be just as suspect and shoddy as Fux News, even if not as outrightly biased.

Westboro Baptist Church Plans To Picket Boston Marathon Victims’ Funerals

Notorious anti-gay group the Westboro Baptist Church announced Monday that they will picket the funerals of those who died in the tragic explosion at the finish line of the Boston Marathon.

The blast killed 3, including an 8-year old boy waiting for his father to complete the annual race. 176 were injured.

In its usual heavy handed fashion, the small Topeka, Kansas based Church issued a statement attributing the bombing to Massachusetts’ Supreme Court’s 2004 ruling to allow same-sex marriage.

“Massachusetts invited this special wrath from God Almighty when it was the FIRST STATE to pass same-sex marriage,” the Church said. “As a direct and immediate result … God sent the devastating bombs to the Boston Marathon.”

(continued, can't argue with logic like that....?)
What will the world be like after its ruler is removed?

They're not that bad - the errors were justified -- law enforcement officials told CNN too that arrests had been made -- http://news.blogs.cnn.com/2013/04/17/so ... n-bombing/ Later, higher ranking officials said no arrests had been made.

I listened to a radio program yesterday on the way home from work that was discussing this. The issue is likely that there is a legal grey area in terrorism cases where someone can be arrested without actually having to be called "arrested." It's rhtetorical twist. Because there has been no "arrest" doesn't necessarily mean, I heard, that there isn't someone in detention who is being held for an extended period of time and is not free to leave.

I'll bet they had someone in custody who was not free to leave, but who they did not want to consider "arrested." While a person my be briefly detained and even cuffed on the scene or shortly thereafter, detention + significant movement of the suspect is normally an arrest. But, I believe there is a different standard in terrorism cases.

The FBI has done no such thing. Did you actually read the articles to which you provided the links?

Ah yes, avoiding the formal arrest to avoid having to read the guy his rights, on the theory that you can deport him afterwards instead of trying him.

In this case, I'd just blame incompetence on the part of the folks communicating with the public, myself.

Yes, I misunderstood - they were circulating the the photos "among themselves." Someone gave the photos to the Post, though. Why sit on them?

Anyone know if they are still holding this fella? http://hollywoodlife.com/2013/04/16/bos ... n-embassy/

The denial of their being an "arrest" seems to imply that nobody is in detention, but there does seem to be a guy in detention still.

Not sure, though. I wonder why major media outlets and investigative journalists aren't finding out.
