Not quite nobody. I would be quite surprised if North Korea doesn't have one or two nuclear weapons mounted on rockets.

The issue is that they've never gotten those rockets to work yet. Still, even rockets that probably won't work are still a deterrent when there's an off chance they might work and take out Tokyo and Seoul.
I take that back. The shorter range Nodong missile appears to be fairly reliable, so I'd expect that's what they'd use. Tokyo would be out of range, but Hiroshima and Nagasaki would be in range - along with Seoul, of course.
The unfortunately named "no dong" missiles.... that's stereotypical of the east Asian man, isn't it?

What should be done about stopping the US from having weaponised missiles?
As soon as possible, the US and everyone else should get rid of them all.

However, attempting to make an equivalence between the US or the UK or France having nuclear weapons, and North Korea (a brutal, paranoid, totalitarian fiefdom ruled by one family for the last 70 years and which is making overt threats to use them against countries like the ROK, Japan and the US) is a bit strained, don't you think?

Or, do you think that nothing should be done to prevent the DPRK from getting deliverable nukes, in the interest of fairness?

And why should governments have a monopoly on consideration of fairness? How about corporations, wealthy individuals, international trade blocs and other NGOs, just to be fair?

...well, his strained and beleaguered cries for help, and torturous screams will likely be heard for some time. Then he won't be heard from again...

Or, maybe just this:

North Korea needs a new regime. One of those rare cases where American military intervention would really be the humanitarian option for a people.
What will the world be like after its ruler is removed?

Looks like I'll be back in the office from vacation just in time to settle this mess.

The yellow powerbar type thing?

I'm wondering why they're using a wireless antenna designed to give about 4km range (with line of sight) indoors.
