Simona Halep is a romanian tennis player with a huge male fan base. I wonder why. :hehe:

Yeah, I saw that. It will be a very sad day when she gets the reduction. :(

Wow!! Just WOW!!

Murry v Wawrinka - centre court. 5 sets of sheer tension and great skill from both men. One of those games where you wish you could have a draw in tennis.

Federer is being economical against Haas if you ask me. I think Murray (if he gets there) will make him work harder. That will be some match.

So it's Federer Roddick in the final. I know where my money would be if I had any (and if there were decent odds to be had.)

Roddick played the gamer of his life yesterday against a below-par Murray. Roddick's serve was the best I have ever seen it, with 75% of his first serves going in. With a serve like his, that is unplayably good, even against someone that returns as well as Murray.

If Roddick can repeat that performance, I think he'll test Federer but I can't see the Swiss losing.

Absolutely incredible final. There has been so much great tennis in this year's Wimbledon but that final was on a different level.

5 sets with only two breaks of serve. A final set that went to 16 games to 14 - the longest set in Wimbledon history. Federer and Roddick were both in fine form and there was little to choose between them. Eventually, the Swiss prevailed over the American (there's a phrase that you don't hear very often) to become the most successful male tennis player (in terms of majors won) ever.

I can't wait for the US open. I have a feeling Roddick may fancy a bit of revenge.
