This is absolutely awful

It's awful because they didn't make this piece of shit suffer more before they killed him

I think it is unlikely, though I have no evidence. The suffering her caused the child he killed is truly awful and I suspect they did for him over that.MrJonno wrote:Nothing to say the guy was killed over his original crime, could easily be about drugs or a 1000 over things prisoners might have conflicts over
These liberal cowards fear only their own necks with the death penalty, and you have the reason right there.Tyrannical wrote:Funny how people against the death penalty don't seem to mind jail house murders of prisoners.
I'm against the death penalty, but it's difficult for me to feel sorry for a piece of shit like this who tortured to baby to death. If ever there was a person who didn't deserve to live, this fella was it.Tyrannical wrote:Funny how people against the death penalty don't seem to mind jail house murders of prisoners.

Don't know if that was aimed at me but I'm against the death penalty and I didn't say I didn't mind jail house murders either. Having little sympathy for the victim of one who happened to be in for torturing and killing a child is another matter.Tyrannical wrote:Funny how people against the death penalty don't seem to mind jail house murders of prisoners.
I see you've never been married to an ex-con, Rum.Rum wrote:It is hard to have much sympathy for the guy they killed, but I do find it curious that a hierarchy of evil doing clearly still prevails amongst those locked up for transgressing it in the first place.
Its a pleasure I will happily live the rest of my life without thanks!Callan wrote:I see you've never been married to an ex-con, Rum.Rum wrote:It is hard to have much sympathy for the guy they killed, but I do find it curious that a hierarchy of evil doing clearly still prevails amongst those locked up for transgressing it in the first place.
I'm assured that Porridge is remarkably true to life.
Mighty big of you, to accept the risk of someone else being executed for a crime they didn't commit.Scrumple wrote:I'm a great believer in the death penalty. Mistakes could and do happen. However a population of 7 billion means I'll accept that rather remote risk.
For me, it's the concern over convictions that are later overturned...MrJonno wrote:tattuchu wrote:I'm against the death penalty, but it's difficult for me to feel sorry for a piece of shit like this who tortured to baby to death. My opposition to the death penalty has nothing to do with how much I value murderers , its to do with society initating violence as anything other than a last resort
