I knew there'd be a distinction. People who arrive at gun ranges and have their guns waiting for them there, or transported to gun ranges by their servants, are not psychos. People who carry them themselves, they're psychos.

Personally I don't actually care too much about whether someone is a psychopath or not (its not exactly easy to measure it in the general population), what I do care about is they don't get access to firearms

It's not about whether any individual is particularly safe or not (you can make an assesment but its always a guestimate) around a firearm, it what happens when you make 300 million such guestimates and get it wrong in enouugh cases
