I don't expect a whole lot of interest from the forum, though I'll be happy to discuss naval stuff if anyone else does. I'm really just hoping for some good parody thread titles.

The Borei Class is fairly impressive. Now that the Russians have ironed out the bugs in the Bulava SLBM, it's pretty much comparable to the best in the West. The Bulava SLBM has a 9,000 Km range, which means it can hit targets over a fair amount of the USA without the submarine having to leave port, if the sub is stationed in the neighbourhood of Vladivostok or Sakhalin Island. Under the polar ice cap, it could probably hit anything in the USA with ease. In addition, the Bulava carries MaRV warheads - up to 10 of them - which, along with various decoys, makes the weapon a formidable one.Gawdzilla Sama wrote:Specs?
