Hoi Seth, Take that back! I've put both of the "Schneibsters" we've had on ignore precisely because of them showing obvious evidence of them attempting overcompensation in both departments.

Didn't like to have to do it, but some people are not worth even reading.

Then exercise some index finger control and scroll past their posts. Killfiles are for lazy morons who have no self-control and no intellectual strength.

Besides, when you use a killfile, you might find you miss something interesting.

I've never killfiled ANYONE, ever, and I've seen some real bilge on the Internet in my time.

Well good for you, though I hope you realise that not putting people on ignore in no way evinces that anyone is an energetic genius with the self control of a sufi or having any intellectual fortitude. In fact it could mean they are too thick and stupid to even find the ignore function, right?

I could have scrolled past, normally do, but I do think some people only crave attention and like neglected children, care not whether it is good or bad. Putting such on ignore is the best way to get rid of such content free noise making dickbags as far as I'm concerned.

Well, whatever. I have a different opinion about ignore lists, but I respect your right to decide what to view and what not to view because clearly you are not an ignorant cunt.

Someone could easily infer, though it was not said nor did I deliberately imply it, that I personally attacked Seth and called two other members of this forum dickbags. As such could you show some consistency and either give me a warning for insulting Seth or more reasonably, withdraw his. His words may have been harsh but they do not seem to me to be an attack on JFS any more than I took his response to me as one.

No personal attacks. If you don't agree with someone, debate their argument, behaviour or beliefs, do not attack their person. Attacks may be direct ("You are a cunt.") or indirect ("Somebody with that view is stupid."). The initial response for a first personal attack will usually be a reminder or warning - however the choice of response will depend on the severity of the attack and will be decided upon via staff discussion. Attacks made in jest (with the understanding of both/all parties - tacit or otherwise) are allowed. In the first instance, staff will attempt to ascertain if an attack was in jest. Staff will discuss the attack with both parties where possible and then decide what action to take.
