bum custard

Outside the ordered universe is that amorphous blight of nethermost confusion which blasphemes and bubbles at the center of all infinity—the boundless daemon sultan Azathoth, whose name no lips dare speak aloud, and who gnaws hungrily in inconceivable, unlighted chambers beyond time and space amidst the muffled, maddening beating of vile drums and the thin monotonous whine of accursed flutes.

It appears the gun-owning public is not going to take such attempts lying down.
3D printing. A high capacity ban is impossible to enforce, bottom line, end of discussion. Anyone who has a 3D printer and springs will be able to churn out magazines if they want to.

Are you also petitioning to have David Gregory thrown in jail for violating Washington, DC's laws against possession of magazines, loaded or not, that have a capacity greater than 10 rounds?Făkünamę wrote:And anyone caught in possession of one gets slapped with a mandatory minimum sentence.. say 5 years in a Federal 'pound you in the ass' prison?

How is that a logical fallacy?aspire1670 wrote:I'm petitioning to have you stopped from presenting any more logical fallacies.
David Gregory committed a crime live on television by possessing a 30 round magazine in Washington DC.
The law in Washington DC is that it is a criminal offense punishable by a fine of up to 1000$ and a jail term of up to 1 year to possess a large capacity (more than ten rounds) ammunition feeding device, whether loaded or unloaded, whether attached to a firearm or not.
Meet The Press's studio, where Gregory was when he waved that magazine for the cameras, is in Washington DC.
He broke the law. There is a petition to prosecute him. Do you or do you not support prosecuting David Gregory for violating DC firearms law?

No, bogus politically-motivated pseudo-science to support a pre-determined anti-gun propaganda conclusion obstructed.Tero wrote:Gun death research suppressed

Perfectly legitimate effort to prevent a waste of public money by anti-gun zealots trying to make a bullshit "health" argument as an excuse for banning guns.Chris Cox, the N.R.A.’s chief lobbyist, said his group had not tried to squelch genuine scientific inquiries, just politically slanted ones.
“Our concern is not with legitimate medical science,” Mr. Cox said. “Our concern is they were promoting the idea that gun ownership was a disease that needed to be eradicated.”

Well, obviously. They might discover that guns kill people. Better than axes.
