Type II, and it's getting much better as I continue to lose weight and get in shape. I can survive quite nicely on a high-protein diet such as that eaten by those who forage in the back-country for wild game, thanks. Medication is just a convenience.

And yes, come the Zombie Apocalypse, many people who depend on modern medicine for survival will die, including you MrJonno, as I recall.

2-3 days food in a typical city, government had better restore order very quickly or I'm dead simple as that. Even a public transport strike can cripple a city they are somewhat fragile things
