Cory G. Day Sr., 42, 4742 N. Henry County Road 500-W, is charged with pointing a firearm at another person and criminal recklessness, both Class D felonies carrying a standard 18-month prison terms.
According to a Henry County sheriff’s department report, the incident leading to Day’s arrest took place on Dec. 4 as his girlfriend — and her son — were in the process of removing her property from Day’s home, after making arrangements with Day’s mother.

[1] Two teens walk into what they think is a store and pretend to pull a gun on the receptionist. Except, oh dear, the "store" was actually a police station. Clearly marked on the outside with the words "Police Department" in three foot high letters. The receptionist ran for help, and a dozen officers in a training class in the adjacent room came out and made possibly the easiest arrest they'll ever make in their entire careers. Video here:
[2] Say hello to a Tennessee Highway Patrol officer who, for reasons that will quickly become apparent, is no longer a Highway Patrol officer. A certain James Randy Moss, whose name will be seen to be apposite for several reasons as you continue reading this post.
Basically, said officer pulls a car over to book the driver for speeding. Said driver turns out to be an attractive young woman, who then suggested to him that he might prefer to take advantage of her services as a porn star over and above writing her a ticket.
At which point, the officer heads to the patrol car, fires up the police laptop, and finds the young woman's blog, and discovers that she is a porn star.
Not satisfied with this, he then climbs into the back of the patrol car, with the young woman in question, and starts doing things that were destined to end his career. However, not satisfied with this, he shoots still and video footage of himself in flagrante delicto with said porn actress. Then, to add to the fun and games, he asks the porn star to put the footage on her web page, so he can prove to his fellow officers that he received a blow job from a porn star.

Stacy Stracener pleaded guilty to 11 counts of First Degree Sexual Assault and two counts of Second Degree Sexual Assault. She is a former science teacher at Cabot Junior High North in Arkansas and was arrested in February of this year for inappropriate contact with a 15-year old male student. Prosecutors have recommended a 15 year prison sentence, but she will be formally sentenced in January 2013.
So basically, this woman invited one of her pupils to romp in the sack with her. And for her pains, is facing 15 years in the slammer.
Johnny Pimentel was extradited from Peru and taken into custody by the U.S. Marshals Service on December 17, 2012. He is charged with six counts of malicious wounding and two counts of attempted malicious wounding. He is accused of slashing women's buttocks with a box cutter or razor at various Northern Virginia malls in 2011. A regional task force was established in August 2012 to identify and capture the so-called "serial butt slasher." He has been booked into the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center in Virginia.
