There is no political party in Canada that is campaigning for voluntary government services (i.e. you choose what you use and pay the taxes for it) which is what I'd like.

I think it would apply to personal income tax as well as corporate (shareholders being included in personal). Par example: If I want to opt out of the social welfare program, I should have my taxes cut accordingly. Similarly with healthcare and so on.
