Actually, now I carry my papers, money etc in a photogapher's vest's pockets, more practical than in the satchel proper, though there was a time when it did carry those too. I still like having it for my books and whatever large documents I may feel like carrying away from home, that satchel is my safety blanket when I have to go out of the comfort zone.
