Unfortunately, next year, Oz will probably elect a loony religious chap...
At least he has no nuclear button...

Pray, do not mock me: I am a very foolish fond old man; And, to deal plainly, I fear I am not in my perfect mind.
Blah blah blah blah blah!

Whew!
What I've found with a few discussions I've had lately is this self-satisfaction that people express with their proffessed open mindedness. In realty it ammounts to wilful ignorance and intellectual cowardice as they are choosing to not form any sort of opinion on a particular topic. Basically "I don't know and I'm not going to look at any evidence because I'm quite happy on this fence."

It seems to me that the American electoral system - however it plays out each time - always starts from the same point:
On the one hand, you have a candidate who clearly isn't perfect, who has strengths, but also has noticable weaknesses, may well have "issues", and may even have serious problems in some areas, but at least he isn't totally batshit crazy.
And on the other hand, you have the Republican candidate.

Four more years, bitches! It was an Obama Slammah! O slammed down that magic-underpants-wearing Mittens motherfucker

People think "queue" is just "q" followed by 4 silent letters.
But those letters are not silent.
They're just waiting their turn.

Magic underwear and nuclear buttons should never be allowed in the same room.
