Can somebody tell me why Wisconsin is already called for Obama? Information I see right now is 23% reported, with Romney up by four points, and the state already going to Obama. Are many of the bluer counties not yet reporting or something?

Maybe that result helps explain why networks are already calling WI for Obama. :ask:
