http://abcnews.go.com/blogs/headlines/2 ... nder-fire/Teen mothers have taken to a Facebook page called “I Hate Teen Moms” to fight back against comments they are “sluts” and a “burden on society.”
“I’m not struggling at all because I do my responsibility & I also work hard for it still able to have time for my child more than 8 hours a day. I receive no help at all from anyone,” a woman identifying herself as a 17-year-old teen mother wrote.
I find that hard to believe that she receives no help at all from anyone. At age 17, with a child, she is taking care of all of her food, clothing, shelter and that of her child?

Well, I guess I can understand that they're upset at being called names. But, generally speaking, a teen mom will either be a burden on society or a burden on their family. The rare case of self-sufficient 17 year old single-moms is probably not going be enough to overcome that generalization.
