I should doubt that, besides, he's such a doofus, he'd probably think it an advanced scout craft of the Zeta Reticulans come to liberate him from The U.S Majestic/Grey alliance.

Do we have an extradition 'treaty' I thought those things were meant to be mutual not just one way ?
This guy is clearly not a terrorist! Is the financial quote used actually to repair 'damage' he did or just to plug the gaps he showed in the security systems ? Let's be clear about this did he 'Break and Enter' or did he just 'trespass' because there is considerable difference legally (well there is in civilised countries where we don't shoot trespassers ).
Has anyone considered putting someone with his skills into a US prison will give criminals easy access to those skills ?
Please would anyone explain why a long prison sentence will serve anyone ? It's not like it's a deterrent for actual terrorists is it ?

Theresa May realises the obvious after only 10 years
Gary McKinnon is not being extradited, after ten years of indecision.
Home secretary Theresa May has just announced it in Parliament.
Successive home secretaries have dodged their duty for the last ten years. But now that the conservatives are well behind in the polls, they have served this up, to look humanitarian.
She get's no credit from me. It should have been done years ago, but if they weren't so unpopular, she would never have done it now.

Quite rightly, extradition refused. Should never have got this far.

I guess he could always be kidnapped by US special forces?

We could have a "Black Hawk Down" style incident in North London, Navy Seals vs Mockneys.

Re: UFO man 'should face UK hacking trial'
Move him here. If you landed here the locals would have the wheels off a Blackhawk seconds before the Polish stripped the rest for scrap .
