I'm nominating the English Language.
With more and more people able to talk directly to each other, it's getting harder to hate foreigners.
And my nomination for runner-up, if the English Language can't make the ceremony, is the price of oil. If it keeps going up, we won't be able to afford the fuel for tanks and planes.
