Entangled particles are weird enough just considering separation in space. But now we're talking about separation in spacetime. The researchers entangled two photons that never coexisted. Here's the PDF:

This is only a weird result if you assume causation can only work forward in time.

Perhaps it's just a matter of not giving unnecessary privilege to the time dimension within the space-time continuum...

Entanglement is clearly a real phenomenon, part of the way the universe works, whether we can fit it comfortably into our limited everyday consciousness or not...
