Demolition Man was more Dredd that Stallone's Dredd was.

I hear this flick is essentially wall to wall violence with Dredd in a Block War. Which sounds much better than that previous abomination.

I doubt it could top that theatrical masterpiece Demolition Man.

Funny you should mention that. Rachel and I both got the plots of Demolition Man and Judge Dredd completely mixed up. They came out within a few months of each other I think, and both had Stalone playing himself.

Very similar genres, except one is a classic and the other quite forgettable.

Wesley Snipes stole the show in that one. Wesley Snipes makes every movie he's in better. Always bet on black.
